I’ve been looking forward to these warmer summer days for months, but now that the kids are off from school it seems the days are flying by. With all the summer activities to help keep the kids busy, work and trying to cook up meals for the family life gets a bit hectic. At least the kids are powered with tons of energy to keep going all day long, I’d gladly take a bit of their energy!

I love making this chipotle dip, it’s creamy and with that spicy kick both my daughter and I enjoy. This creamy chipotle dip will go great with both the State Fair® Corn Dogs and Tyson® Chicken Nuggets. Dip away!
Creamy Chipotle Dip
Ingredients:
1 C. Sour Cream
1/2 C. Mayo
2 Chipotle Peppers
1 tsp. Chipotle Sauce
1 Garlic Clove
Salt to taste
A splash of milk Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until you have a smooth creamy sauce.
Pour into a small bowl, dip and enjoy. Refrigerate leftovers, will last about 3-4 days.
